Terrrrrribleeeeee

I cant even rate this Im so angry. Progress pictures from the past 6 years. All gone. Ive gotten a new phone EVERY SINGLE YEAR and never ran into this problem. I got a new phone and nothing transferred over. I contacted customer support and all they said was "sorry we apologize but we cant do anything AT ALLL" dont bother. As easy as it is to use is as easy as your stuff "disappears." I probably accepted something that says they can use my pictures in the future. Im furious.
